The Person:

• A senior level professional with strong leadership, training and operational management experience
• A best in class and growth mindset
• Solid CV and track record within agency recruitment
• Passionate and enthusiastic about recruitment and wanting to be the best in your market
• A detailed, methodical, and consultative approach
• Enjoy working in a consultative and collaborative environment

The Role:

• Work alongside the founder / MD who is very passionate about their sector and business
• Lead and train the team to further develop a best in clase client service
• Further develop their offering
• Review processes and procedures
• Cleanse, review and select a new database
• Making sure compliance is adhered to
• Work alongside an external HR consultant in relation to training and HR
