The role:

• Responsible for gathering, documenting and interpreting business needs into succinct and concise functional and non–functional requirements
• Responsible for documenting test scenarios, scripts and user outcomes
• Key role in communicating between the business and BT acting as a translator where necessary
• Ability to document and understand high–level conceptual and contextual design and specifications
• Planning and managing small scale change where needed.

This role will often provide the consistent thread throughout the lifecycle of small – medium change, utilising your strong analytical skill set to take business requirements through to support

The role will reside within the Sales and Commercial and CRM function however, a large portion or your time will be spent with your business stakeholders.

Work horizontally with other business analyst to prioritise and collaborate where necessary

Deliver to internal processes to delivery business needs end to end

Accountabilities:
