Project Manager / Business Analyst

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and assist a number of mission critical financial projects as below

Finance Year end

Develop accrual reporting on all unvoiced provision and ensure clear and accurate current invoices and of payments to the next financial year

Support finance team through year end processing

Map as is and to be processes

Revision of costa and future estimated rates

Manage change to the chart of accounts and GL codes

Support finance teams with delivery of the finance stat return

Map stat return as is and to be process

Manage the move to new processes

You will also be tasked with

Map current process, identify improvements

Create and document the To Be processes

Define and capture the roles and responsibilities to support the process

Create a plan and timeline to deliver the timeline to deliver

Deliver the project on time

Support and trouble shoot adoption of change

Create a 'how to' guide for users

Create and deliver communications to clients

Manage stakeholders
