At accomplish we specialise in outcome focused support for people with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries. Not just limited to the day to day, we like to move mountains for the people we support and ensure they live the lives they want to.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Comms to help grow our business.
As part of the commercial team the Head of Marketing & Comms will plan and manage the marketing strategy and all activity, including marketing communications, marketing control, events, analysis and marketing research.
This role will require UK travel depending upon the needs of the business.
As Head of Marketing & Comms you will:
Develop a comms strategy and lead a team to implement this including internal and external comms.
Develop a marketing strategy and lead a team to implement this working closely with the operational teams to support with business objectives.
Develop the Accomplish website so that it is fit for purpose to increase referrals and job applications.
Develop the website SEO and plan marketing campaigns for PPC in line with strategic priorities.
Lead on the expansion of Accomplish's social media presence.
Work with clear focus and ambition, meeting tight deadlines and targets
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Comms who has:
Previous experience within a similar role with demonstrable experience of creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy.
Previous experience within a similar role with demonstrable experience of creating and implementing a successful communication strategy.
Experience and in–depth knowledge of the health and social care sector
Marketing degree or equivalent
Can use: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Word Press, Adobe
Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
Understanding and commitment to our values, standards, policies, procedures, processes and practices
The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst being organised and self–motivated
Clean, full driving licence required
