Job Title: Head of Supply Chain
Salary: GBP70,000–GBP75,000 per annum
Location: Hertfordshire

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic supply chain professional to join their business based in Hertfordshire.
You will be tasked with leading supply chain function in the factory including a team of 8 Supply Chain Planner. This will include delivery and phasing of the plan for the main KPI's– stock, waste, and forecasting accuracy. Constantly analysing in which areas, the business is performing well and why, conversely which is underperforming and reasons why.
You will need to oversee an S&OP strategy and be a key cog in the implementation of a new system that will enhance the supply chain function.
Previous experience within a Senior Supply Chain Manager role in a is key to being a successful applicant and having worked in a fast–moving environment essential. A Proven track record of problem solving is required, leading projects and experience across different facets of the supply chain.
