Senior Technical Business Analyst - FinTech - Italian speaking

A market leading FinTech start-up is actively looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their London team on a fully remote basis. Specialising in regulatory oversight SaaS products, you will have extensive experience working in Agile start-up environments with a strong knowledge of the financial services industry.

As a start-up, they will require you to be able to wear many different hats and be competent and confident in understanding technical solutions.

A large portion of their client portfolio are based in Italy and for this role it is imperative to be able to speak Italian at a professional level to work with key business stakeholders.

Key experience:

• Extensive Business Analyst/Systems Analyst experience in both Italian and English environments;
• Previous direct exposure as a Developer would be advantageous but not essential
• Experience of SaaS, web-based and ideally, Cloud solutions, having worked on new product features and enhancements;
• Proven commercial experience in an extremely fast-moving Agile (ideally start-up) environment;
• Strong communication skills including client engagement and influencing skills;
• Hands on experience of the tools of analysis and delivery - Confluence, Jira;
• Competent and confident in understanding technical solutions - eg asking a client to provide a postman collection for a new integration via API rather than designing to the documentation', then utilising this collection to help define exactly what additional functionality is required in our application in order to appropriately integrate.
• Experience of Financial Services in particular an understanding of financial product life cycles an advantage but not essential
