Residential Property Lawyer Team Leader

A regional law firm wishes to appoint an experienced residential property lawyer to join their busy Dereham office.

The Firm
A private practice employing over 100+ staff across offices in Norfolk and Cambridge. Their Property Department employ over 30 fee earners providing a comprehensive property service to include purchases, sales, remortgage, equity release, freehold and leasehold property matters.

The Role
Working as part of a team of 7 fee earners in a busy residential property team dealing with sales, purchases (freehold and leasehold properties), remortgages, transfers and equity release. full secretarial support will be provided.

The Candidate
The residential property lawyer will need a good experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers of equities & re–mortgages whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The successful residential property lawyer will have the ability to work leading a team, essential, together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable.
