The Role
We're looking for a Client Relationship Director to create opportunities across both our RPO and Talent Advisory offering, developing our diverse client base and helping us make our ambitious bounce back strategy a success.
The role will be defined by our clients' needs. Some clients value strategic direction and thought leadership, others look for innovation and industry firsts. Whatever you're working on, you'll be the driving force behind our solutions and build an exceptional rapport with the clients you manage.
You'll also:
* Understand clients' business challenges and connect these with our RPO and Talent Advisory solutions to drive growth.
* Build trust and personal networks across our customer base.
* Own the accuracy of your weekly financial forecasting and client plan.
* Develop your own prospects and lead on winning pitches across RPO and Talent Advisory
* Play your part in developing a high–performance culture with a sharp focus on customers.
* Commit to and develop our community outreach initiatives and corporate social responsibility projects.
Who we're looking for
You'll have a strong track record in driving growth across RPO and/or Talent Advisory accounts. On top of this, you'll have regularly delivered against demanding targets and built valued client partnerships, as shown through the longevity of your contracts and the development of your accounts.
You'll be an excellent organiser and planner who can energise, motivate and support your team. You'll also have the desire and drive to constantly build on your knowledge and develop new skills.
