Property Lawyer
Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Local Authority based in the South West of England who are currently in need of a Property Lawyer to join their team.
Role: Property Lawyer
Location: South West of England
Contract Length: 6 months ongoing
Rate: GBP38 – GBP42ph Umbrella
The Role:
To assist the legal department in progressing and completing Property Law caseloads
Undertake complex conveyancing and other related tasks across a range of expertise. This would include Local Authority law, Academy Conversions, Acquisitions and other related orders.
To assist in the implementation of appropriate policies, standards and systems relating to the Property Law departmentThe Person:
A qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE
Someone who has at least 2 years of Property Law experience in a full caseload capacity
Previous experience of working at a local authority is highly advantageous
Someone who is professional and good time management
