Project Director (Preconstruction) – Surrey – Immediate Start
A Project Director is required to oversee the PCSA / preconstruction stage on a GBP100m+ new build residential development in Surrey. This scheme will consist of several RC frame blocks of accommodation that will be due for completion in 2025. The successful candidate will be highly motivated being able to lead a large team and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. Ideally some prior experience dealing with a PFI / PPI funded model would also be beneficial.
Role/duties:
Lead, manage and successfully deliver projects within the business.
Manage customer relationships, and retain customers by meeting and exceeding expectations
