Senior Human Resources Business Partner – 12–16 month FTC Maternity Cover

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner seeking a new opportunity in a forward thinking company? Our client is seeking a senior HR BP to join their well established business from November, who will be reporting directly to the Business Operations Director.
The purpose of the senior HR BP is to manage the HR sector in full with the help of your team of 4.
The Senior HR BP will be expected to:
Oversee the recruitment process across various sectors within the business
Curate and implement HR initiatives in order to stimulate company growth
Collaborating with senior management teams on numerous projects
Assessing the performance and training requirements throughout the company
To be considered for this opportunity one will:
Be educated to degree level and obtain the CIPD qualification at level 5 or above
Have a wealth of senior generalist experience at an Operational level
Have HR system experience
An influential and persuasive nature with the ability to work independently and in a team
Have a positive and can do attitude
Experience in implementation of UK employment law
