Offering eCommerce products and services through a consultative led approach to help clients build revenue streams, as well as create and forge ever lasting relationships.
They are growing fast and provide a variety of services across eCommerce including web design, bespoke web development, SEO, online marketing, Pay Per Click, affiliate marketing, mCommerce, email and digital marketing, social media, paid search and CRO.

The Opportunity:
As Business Development Manager primarily you will develop new Enterprise level sales opportunities, nurturing and converting these through a full B2B sales cycle.
Using your eCommerce and digital marketing ability, you will take a strategic approach to demonstrate and consultatively sell award winning digital solutions to new online customers, reinforcing the companies' vision to help build long lifetime value whilst growing them online.
You will be comfortable building strong relationships with key decision makers in local, regional and national companies and be able to create and manage an effective sales pipeline to beat your individual and wider team targets.
Some of the key responsibilities for this successful individual would be but no limited to:
* Identify key strategic prospects for the organisation to partner with.
* Research prospects to have relevant and meaningful conversations with them.
* Nurture and develop relationships with key partners/prospects until a time that a live opportunity is identified.
* Use industry knowledge to spot and maximise opportunities.
* Work to targets and KPI's on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Work with the broader Digital Team, including the organisations Partner community to help achieve the overall affiliate network team target.
* Report on monthly target for new leads generated, meeting held, and jobs won.
* Identify and agree personal development needs and take actions.
The Candidate:
The successful Business Development Manager will be/have:
You will be a results–driven, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and proactive individual.
Strong communication skills and be from a relatively structured sales environment
Proven experience working in a relatable B2B Sales Development position.
Have a track record of achieving individual and team targets.
Demonstrable experience in consultative selling at an Enterprise level
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport to develop and nurture strong relationships.
Strong workload management and prioritisation skills.
Strong presentation skills
Strong problem–solving skills.
Well presented, well–spoken, articulate and professional.
Desirable
* A knowledge or appreciation of eCommerce
* Affiliate Network Knowledge
* Experience of using a CRM system.
* Experience selling Affiliate Marketing.
