Benchmark current policy against peer organisations
Conduct risk appetite review
Clarify roles and accountability
Review Business Continuity and Crisis Management policies and procedures
Enable Dynamic Reporting
Review of current reporting deck and defin key metrics and KRIs
Scope, identify and implement RMIS (risk management information system)
manages risk registers, insurance renewals and claims, business continuity
Improve Monitoring and Oversight of Risks
Embed Risk Within the business at all Levels
Review Business Continuity Policies and Procedures
Review Crisis Management Policies and Procedures
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a wealth of risk management experience.
