They are based just outside Reading and are best approached by personal transport, currently they are working in a Hybrid manner with 2 days at home and 3 in the office.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Junior Business Analyst will be to:
Prepare the monthly performance pack for review with the Performance Reporting Manager prior to be issued to Executive Directors.
Support the Performance Reporting Manager to develop reliable data sets to track and report the delivery of services from Salesforce.
Subject matter expert in reporting from Customer Relationship Management systems building a robust understanding of data sources and their interconnectedness.
Build an extensive network with the users of performance data across the Directorates to ensure data is understood and used appropriately.
Support the development of suitable metrics for inclusion in business cases.
Work with the wider finance team and non–financial colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Junior Business Analyst will be someone from either a Graduate background in a highly numerical subject or someone looking to move up from their current job, into a position that offers career development and progression.
You must have the ability to manipulate and work with data in Excel and the communication skills to explain how this data relates to each department and what that means for the team, in order to improve performance.
