About Our Client
My client is a council near Walsall.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will be to complete stock condition surveys on a range of commercial and operational buildings and then to type up these reports.
The Successful Applicant
The role is five days a week near Walsall, so the candidate would need to be able to drive. They would need to have experience of doing stock condition surveys. The candidate must be able to secure an enhanced DBS.
