Financial Controller

You'll be working for an expanding owner managed IT company based in London with an industry leading reputation within their industry and plans to develop this role into a Group role with their other entities.

You'll be working as a Financial Controller and will be responsible for managing a transactional and management accounts team as well as preparing and reviewing month end board packs and sales reporting packs. Your other responsibilities will include commission calculations, governance of process flows, year end audit, process improvement, budgeting and forecasting and business partnering.

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with at least 2 years PQE and previous experience as a Financial Controller although other experience may be considered. You'll need to have a proven track record of managing and developing teams as well as excellent communication and business partnering skills. A working knowledge of Power BI would also be advantageous although not essential.

You'll be paid £70,000-£75,000 per annum and will work a 37 hour week on a hybrid working pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day at home per week). You'll receive 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) a year as well as healthcare and death in service. You'll be working in an excellent office space in a central location with excellent public transport links.
