Interim Finance Business Partner |Bourne |£55,000 - £65,000
The Opportunity
Outstanding interim position – immediate start – real opportunity to make an impact within a high growth FMCG manufacturing group.
You’ll be joining a welcoming and talented team at a high growth site. Your role has an attractive added value focus – working in close partnership to the operational leadership team locally. It’s a complex and interesting factory manufacturing a broad product range for a diverse range of large customers.
You’ll be providing hugely valuable support and partnering – drilling down into material variances, labour efficiencies, production outputs, capital investments plans and ROI / payback journeys…
It’s a highly visible role with tons of interaction with the ops team, getting under the bonnet of the site and bridging finance and non finance. You’ll be providing key insights around the packs and also using the knowledge and awareness of your colleagues at site to bring understanding / commentary to variances and trends.
This is a fast paced, growing and impressive business with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement.
There are constant streams of added value projects – new systems, new ways of working, new customers and products to onboard… you’ll be someone who enjoys change and enjoys being busy.

You will be:
- A finance professional with experience of site-based FMCG manufacturing.
- A highly proactive character who enjoys making positive change.
- Naturally inquisitive and able to build strong working relationships with non finance colleagues.
- Someone who enjoys getting out into the manufacturing facility to ‘bring the numbers to life’
- Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills.
- A people person – success in this role needs great business partnering skills and ability to work in a team.
- Able to start immediately and commit to a fixed term contract which will run into Q2 2022.
