Business Analyst, sub-ledger accounting, IFRS9, Fixed Income/Derivatives,Banking/Insurance, SAP

Investment Accounting team of global FS business need a strong Business Analyst with proven experience and a solid knowledge of Financial Instrument accounting and in particular IFRS9 accounting. You should have a strong appreciation of Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives and loans from a nuts and bolts accounting perspective as well as relevant international GAAP and business clarification requirements.

You will be tasked with business analysis of as-is and to-be sub ledger accounting requirements, documentation of accounting processes, writing technical specifications of required accounting functionality, communication of requirements to application developers and execution of functional testing.

You will have gained experience in an Agile environment and be a trusted expert on Investment Accounting requirements and execution. You will need strong knowledge of Fixed Income securities (Bonds), solid core financial accounting skills (debits and credits etc) and a solid appreciation of IFRS9 in addition to system experience, SAP S4HANA ideally.
