A global chemical manufacturer are looking for a Site Director to lead their site in Cheshire. The role is looking for a candidate with strong track record of site leadership within an Upper–Tier COMAH environment.

A global speciality chemical manufacturer with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality, complex process product to customers around the world. The are based in Cheshire and an Upper–Tier COMAH manufacturing facility.
Description
The role of Site Director will be to lead the business through a period of growth and change. You will work to ensure safety of all employees in line with regulators and ensure the structure, recruitment and processes are in place to deliver site goals in line with company strategy. You will be responsible leading multiple functions across the Operations and supply chain, working with engineering to ensure plant availability and projects are in place for long–term asset reliability.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a chemical manufacturing site, ideally upper–tier COMAH regulated. In addition the ideal candidate will be degree qualified in chemical/mechanical engineering, chemistry or equivalent. You will have demonstrated strong leadership skills in an Unionised environment and implemented change and improvement through people and process knowledge. You will be capable of reporting complex site performance data to board level.
