ABOUT THIS JOB

We're looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to lead the global recruitment efforts for NielsenIQ's Operations organisation of approx XX thousand people. We're on a journey to build a best–in–class Operations team. Your role is to create our global talent and recruitment strategy for this critical part of our organisation, lead key initiatives, and develop and lead a recruiting team dedicated to finding the best and the brightest to join our Operations team. We've got thousands of roles to hire over the coming years and we want a strong leader with volume hiring experience to help us achieve this ambitious goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Creating, implementing, and owning an end–to–end talent acquisition strategy for the global Operations organisation

*

Working with business and HR leaders to establish a robust workforce plan including number of hires required, phasing, job levels, budgets and other relevant information required to effectively and successfully manage recruitment planning

*

Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, such as Employer Branding and Marketing, to build and execute the vision, plan, and measurements of success for marketing and branding NielsenIQ to this talent segment across relevant markets

*

Leading diversity recruitment initiatives in partnership with the HR team, business leaders, and NielsenIQ's Diversity & Inclusion team

*

Challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement in the candidate experience

*

Collecting and analyzing key metrics to improve forecasting of hiring and demand planning across the Operations organisation

*

Leading a global team of recruiters to effectively execute the talent acquisition strategy at the local level

*

Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with global Operations HR and Business Leaders

*

Understanding and leveraging Talent Acquisition technology advancements to augment recruitment processes, efficiency and ways of working

*

Providing direction and consultation to the management team on strategic and emerging staffing trends

QUALIFICATIONS

*

10+ years of relevant experience including focus on recruiting strategy and working with/leading a global team

*

2+ years of experience managing, developing, and motivating a global team – experience of having managed team leaders would be an advantage

*

Experience leading high volume recruitment campaigns is critical to success

*

Excellent client service, relationship–building, and collaboration skills; ability to engage stakeholders at different levels

*

Strong written communication skills including presentation of management reports and ability to articulate data/metrics in a meaningful way

*

Able to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously; adhere to deadlines Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work within a fast–paced business
