Have you previously worked in a regulated start–up and are looking to be part of an exciting growing InsurTech that is transforming the world of insurance for its customers?
My client, a growing and dynamic InsurTech is looking to recruit a Program Manager to join its Operational Excellence team.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, this role is key in the organisation, working with both the client and technical teams, to ensure successful delivery of the business roadmap.
Experience
* You will have a proven track record in leading project teams, ideally in a tech start–up, be able to plan, manage, monitor, and ensure goals are met in relation to customer satisfaction, plan key project milestones and ensure all stakeholders are on board together, with a focus on evaluation for continuous improvement.
* An understanding of process improvement methodologies in complex global, cross functional projects, plus experience of SDLC business processes and Agile methodology is needed, together with functional experience and a commercial focus.
* You will be a great communicator and collaborator, someone who is highly empathic to really understand the stakeholders needs to ensure full commitment to objectives across all levels of the organisation.
* You will be a self–starter, with strong problem–solving skills of complex issues, and have a can–do approach to support the senior management team.
* This role offers great scope for both personal growth and career development.
