My client is primed for the next chapter of growth and change.
Reporting into the Group HR Director, this generalist HR Business Partner role, will be an operational and strategically aligned HR professional partnering with key stakeholders and supporting a specific business area. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with the lens of 'value–add' and true commercially.
As the HR Business Partner, my customer seeks someone with an astute toolkit and passion for all things (including, but not limited to)???
Employee relations
Talent and performance management
Organisational design
Leadership support and development
Culture & engagement
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Based in Manchester city centre, you will also support clients groups nationally – therefore some travel will be required when necessary.
In short, this is a strategic role that will also require you to roll your sleeves up!
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this HR Business Partner role, you will have proven experience within a senior generalist capacity, which has supported businesses in achieving their strategic goals within a commercially driven and entrepreneurial environment.
You will possess an astute HR toolkit that supports a business to succeed financially and culturally. You will also have a true interest, passion and proven experience of landing projects across the entire HR spectrum.
You will have experience of working within a matrix Financial or Professional Services organisation.
What's on Offer
This role will also pay GBP50,000 to 60,000 per annum (dependant on experience), car allowance, bonus and a suite of benefits.
