The role:
As a Sales & Marketing director you will be responsible for building and scaling sale opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
Secure and develop new opportunities to expand the service portfolio
Orchestrate the marketing operations such as: campaigns, messaging, case studies and other required collateral
Keeping up to date with the latest trends within construction technology, generating conversation and sale opportunities within the target market
Refining development sale scripts and maintaining existing revenue along with referrals
Grow into a senior team leadership role; recruiting and training top sales reps to maintain a high performing sales team
About you:
Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
Experience in construction technology along with successes in recruiting and developing top sales talent
7 years enterprise B2B technology sales experience
High knowledge of digital marketing tools
The package:
Basic salary GBP60,000–GBP80,000 (circa GBP150,000 OTE) + stock options
Passionate and closely working team
Having a big influence on the future of the company
