Senior HR Business Partner - West Sussex

Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for a Senior HR Business Partner for the Fire and Rescue Service in West Sussex.

This pay rate for this role is GBP360–GBP450 per day (ltd) and has an initial 9–month contract.

Main duties:

Lead a team of professionals to deliver human resources strategies, initiatives and interventions across significantly different services areas, working in partnership to deliver identified business needs and objectives.
Work as part of a senior leadership team of the services you support, providing professional expertise, insight, and analysis of HR, workforce, and cultural matters in order to enable leaders to develop and implement strategies and interventions that promote a high performing, engaging and inclusive culture and work environment
Ad hoc travel to Chichester will be required
Requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:

Experience of a blue light service (NHS, Police, Fire) or other service within inspection regime would be ideal, but public sector experience is probably more vital.
Car driver essential
An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential
