Learning and Development Partner

You will elevate our teams through identifying, creating and delivering first–class learning content with a key focus on Frasers leadership and management development, driving individual and business performance across the group.

* Identifying learning and training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating appropriate training content

* Partnering with stakeholders and HR business partners to support and understand learning requirements, establish root causes, and develop appropriate L&D solutions

* Design creative, engaging, appropriate, and inclusive learning activities

* Delivering content in a face–to–face, blended and digital environment

* Providing up–to–date learning materials and additional resources to support development

* Sourcing relevant external training solutions which identify with Frasers values

* Faciliating management development workshops and supporting with the smooth management of the programme cohort's

* Engaging with training ambassadors across the group

* Working closely with the Digital Learning team, providing appropriate content for e–learning solutions via the LMS – Learning Cloud

* Evaluating and reporting on the impact of learning solutions and continually seeking ways to improve L&D initiatives
