GBP45,000 Depending on Experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for ensuring the right balance of strategic Business Partnering and Operational support are delivered to our leaders and people across our EMEA Corporate Shared Services (IT & Finance) and UKI Sales & Commercial organisations (approx.. 400 FTE). You will need to be able to achieve this by building and maintaining strong, credible, influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders that positively contribute to a high–performance organisation.
Day to day you'll:
+ Work as part of the UKI HR team on delivering an overall business partnership model and to contribute to .the team's strategic development.
+ Support your client group & wider team where needed with elements of HR process and administration to make things happen in a timely and efficient way, adding value to the business
+ Create & Review HR Policies, Processes & Guidelines to improve Employee + Engagement and Compliance.
+ Provide practical employment law & policy guidance to managers and colleagued.
+ Act as a point of escalation for all employee relations cases as required to support functional management teams.
+ Train, Coach, Develop & Empower managers to handle employee relations and wellbeing issues.
+ Take ownership of complex and/or high–risk employee relations cases.
+ To monitor and advise on absence and turnover.
+ Develop People & Organizational Development Plans for defined client group, aligned to our core values, local and global strategies and tactical business needs.
+ Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure optimum Organizational Structure, incl. compensation, benefits & communication is in place.
+ Work with the UKI HR Team and external service providers to deliver an efficient and value–adding Recruitment process.
+ Ensure Performance and Talent Review cycles are used consistently and add maximum value
About you:
+ Ideally you'll be educated to Degree level or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field, and be CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5) with a comprehensive understanding of employment law and how to put this into practice.
+ Proven experience working in a fast–paced, diverse, multi–site, commercial organisation.
+ Exposure to a Shared Service type environment would also be beneficial
+ HR Generalist experience – ability to personally manage a wide range of HR tasks directly.
+ You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, to build sound relationships with the ability to challenge and collaborate at all levels.
