Build a 3 to 5–year road map on the organisations pricing strategy
?? Collaborate with teams to ensure profitability and competitiveness of offer
?? Manage competitor analysis and produce regular insight reporting
?? Work with technical teams to support the automation and ease of pricing application as well as developing the ability to dynamically price
?? Align with wider BP teams to ensure integrated offer, inclusive of retail or rewards is incorporated.
?? Work directly with the commercial teams on pricing for workplace contracts
?? Work with finance and data teams to support and develop the standard execution model for assessment and modelling
?? Create centralised reporting
?? Coordinate key project management processes
?? Maintain a close working relationship with each of the internal business and ensure lessons learned are shared.
?? Contribute to the development of annual plans, budgets and support commercial input into the yearly EFM requests to support the roll out of the programme globally
