We have a great opportunity to join the People and Talent Team as an HR Business Partner on an 18 month fixed term, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
This newly created role will primarily support and oversee the implementation of the LTE Group accommodation strategy. Working with Senior Leadership and Trade Union colleagues, you will lead on all HR aspects of the strategy to ensure a fair, consistent and supportive process is in place to facilitate a project implementation.
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in supporting and delivering successful change projects, have a reputation for building strong working relationships and be able to proactively coach and support managers and colleagues throughout this period.
You must have excellent employment law knowledge, be a confident self–starter and have people at the heart of all that you do.
The successful candidate join a well–established and supportive People and Talent Business Partnering Team and the role will encompass an agile working pattern consisting on home working and on–site visits across our Greater Manchester sites to facilitate project implementation.
In order to do this role, you will need:
Demonstrable experience working at a HR Business Partner level with the ability to build relationships and be a proven influencer.
Qualified to CIPD Level 7.
The ability to travel across the Greater Manchester area
Experience of dealing with department re–structures and of delivery of operational requirements in a unionised environment.
Be proactive and have excellent interpersonal experience
