Chief Of Staff

At CellulaREvolution we are determined to use the latest technological advancements in bioprocessing to develop and create enabling technologies for the Cultured Meat, Cell Therapy and Biologics industries. We do this by providing highly innovative bioreactors capable of continuous cell production. Our technologies allow for the scaled production of cells, which using our technology can be done more efficient, affordable, and sustainable as opposed to our competition. In order to achieve our ambitious goals, we are now seeking to recruit an energetic and motivated Chief Of Staff to aid the CEO in the strategic and commercial development of the company.

The role

As Chief Of Staff you will report directly report to our CEO and in essence you will primarily collaborate with the CEO in order to push the company forwards through solid strategy development towards product commercialization. Together with the CEO and with the rest of the team you will try to creatively and with excellence execute any problem being thrown your way. In this role you will get to do what aligns with your interest and passion and will become a vital puzzle piece in taking the business to the next level. In a way no day, week or month will be the same as depending on the moment you cold either be working on strategy development, hiring/hr, product development, marketing, sales etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive–level advising. Someone who is a strategic thinker and great organizer, who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once.

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor and right–hand man/woman to the CEO
  • Aid the CEO and management with the further development and the execution of the company vision, mission, and goals
  • Participate with the CEO and management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision–making
  • Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO
  • Create, maintain, and improve systems and processes to streamline operations
  • Assist with drafting of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which often are senior executives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Maintain & manage company files and documents

About / Requirements

  • Degree at bachelor level or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in management consultancy or in a similar role at another start–up
  • High levels of self–motivation, being capable of identifying potential issues and coming up with suitable solutions
  • High quality written reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work in cross–disciplinary teams
