CEO / Senior Exec

This CEO / Senior FS Exec is required to join our client's buy and build platform.

You should have held roles at senior level such as Director or Head of Acquisitions and someone who is well respected in the IFA / investment management world who will act at a figurehead.

The business has exciting acquisition plans over the short term and long term and want you to make these happen.

You are likely to have been a cofounder of a sizable IFA / wealth manager with lots of M&A experience in the sector and probably will have achieved a previous successful exit.

CEO / Senior Exec opportunity

• 6 figure Salary
• The main component of remuneration / on–target–earnings will be linked to business growth and creation of a business of value
• Home based role with travel across the country in meeting potential vendor businesses with meetings as and when required with the board in London
• Agree and shape plan for buy and build including:
  
  • M&A investment criteria
  • Growth plan for advisor recruitment and new clients
  • Funding and exit plan target ROI
  • Help create compelling value proposition for vendors and investment clients
  • Establishing deal structure and attractive economics
  • Creating company vision and business plan
• Hands on role in every aspect of the business and building a management team around them
• Alternatively, could be NED / Chair / Advisory board role with more strategic input and recruit separate CEO
• Key aspects of role will be:
  
  • inputting to strategy
  • networking to find deals
  • helping to influence vendors to sell and negotiating terms
  • overseeing integration and operational advice
