Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a much–valued client to appoint a brand new Director of Quality.
Our Client specialises in person centred care for those who have learning disabilities and other complex needs across a mix of Residential, Supported Living and Outreach Services. They pride themselves on their quality of care and their refreshing outlook on the care sector.

The Role
This position is an integral part of the senior leadership team and is the lead on all compliance and quality assurance across the organisation. You will be supporting the Operations team to ensure that the high standards are maintained across the organisation, making improvements and developing key policies and procedures when possible.
The ultimate aim is to improve the quality performance across the business. This is not necessarily just a troubleshooting role; you will be acting in a strategic capacity and constantly striving for Outstanding services.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have considerable knowledge in the Learning Disabilities field with a number of years' experience at director level. You will have held quality assurance focused positions in the past with excellent experience conducting audits and supporting the turnaround of struggling services.
We are looking for someone with an excellent track record of delivering within a quality setting. Good knowledge and experience of Operations is highly desirable.
We are looking for a team player, a strong communicator and influencer, and someone who is passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference in everything that they do. We need strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management skill and some with the experience and the ability to develop and implement strategy. You will also have excellent project management skills.
