What you'll do
The International Solution Delivery organisation delivers the core infrastructure & software systems to TJX's international divisions that acquire, move, and sell products in local markets throughout the globe.

We are looking for a BA who can work in the Workforce Management scrum team, a part of the EU Stores and LP Agile Release Train. As a Business Analyst you will help define and determine scope and the business's priorities for optimal business value. You will partner with key business owners and stakeholders for backlog planning and refinement. You will also develop a comprehensive understanding of TJXE's Workforce Management systems – which are Kronos and WorkJam – defining application requirements, supporting the definition of user stories for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business processes and define all requirements using industry standard methodologies, partnering with stakeholders and supporting organisational change
Become a subject matter expert and provide end–to–end project and testing coverage, refining and improving solutions for the Workforce Management team
Contribute to the teams' Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for stories/features and participate in all sprint ceremonies, working with a more experienced BA
Support sizing estimation, implementation planning and execution of solutions

Key Skills and Experience

Experience working in a retail environment is highly desirable
Professional level verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to communicate with both non–technical and technical people. Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic presentation skills
Good analytical skills, with an inquisitive mind, and the ability to decompose problems and/or processes into logical parts
Self–motivated and flexible individual who adapts quickly and can work well in a team
