A great opportunity to join an internal recruitment function within BrightHR. The role of the Talent Partner is to be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates in order to maintain and grow our various Departments across BrightHR.
Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our business by recruiting the very best people in the market. Working alongside a variety of stakeholders, supporting them with their current and future talent requirements. Your main marketing tools will be via telephone, email, mail shots, job boards and social media.
Day to day responsibilities
– To be a 'brand ambassador' when dealing with all potential candidates, always embracing our company values.
– Handling a high volume of vacancies, whilst prioritising and structuring multiple tasks.
– Perform CV & Candidate screening, skill matching introducing candidates to the business
– Conducting telephone interviews in the most professional, time efficient and overall effective manner.
– Ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive a first–class experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Manage effective communications with potential candidates in talent pools in a timely and appropriate manner.
– Assist Hiring Manager in developing appropriate selection methods, including timescales and talent pipelining.
– Creating engaging and accurate adverts to attract suitable candidates.
– Monitoring all job adverts, ensuring the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is always kept up to date
– Scheduling all final interviews and where appropriate assisting candidates with preparation for final interviews.
