We are currently supporting a global leader in engineering and defence systems as they seek an Interim HR Director for one of their key Defence business units.
As Interim HRD you will manage a team of 12–18 and report direct to the Group HRD and Divisional MD.
The role is available on a flexible rate range up to GBP700/day Umbrella Inside IR35 or the PAYE equivalent with a salary comparator of GBP(Apply online only)k+.
This is an initial 6 month assignment.
Key Deliverables
* Leadership and daily operational management of HR team, including HRBPs and HRAs, Talent and Engagement Leads.
* Engagement with HRD network and GHR leadership to consult on and influence the roll out of the HR Operating model
* Actively leading transition to HR Operating Model (from November), including consultation with team as required.
* In partnership with Directors, devising and leading change programme to deliver the transition to a matrixed organisation, including org design and implementation, comms and engagement, behaviours and mind–set. Note that we are in growth and that this change programme is not anticipated to include significant headcount reduction.
The role can consider Remote Workers but will include some travel with the core team based in Bristol so some site presence may be required at this site
