Senior Commercial IT Solicitor

Commercial opportunity for the Reading office of a Chambers Listed law firm looking for a Commercial IT Senior Solicitor.

The firm is looking for someone with a solid background in the Commercial & Technology legal sector. Its client base ranges from major procurers and funders of technology projects to established technology-rich businesses and innovative start-ups, combined with a strong dedication to the financial services and fintech sectors.

The work will include advising a range of industry clients on significant technology projects, including devising innovative procurement strategies and governance structures, and advising across broadband infrastructure, cloud computing, app development, business process outsourcing, ecommerce advice, data protection, cyber security and technology matters.

You will be able to work largely unsupervised - however, there will be an opportunity to work on larger wider projects across the business, working with senior Partners giving you the opportunity to focus on developing your skills in a niche area.
