Employment Solicitor
LAW Absolute are working with a membership organisation based in West Midlands. Our client is seeking a candidate experienced in employment law and personal injury .
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor who can conduct claims and litigation in the name of the organisation, and to represent individual members in tribunals and courts in cases requiring specialist legal knowledge or expertise.
You will undertake the representation, including advocacy when appropriate, at internal hearings and other procedures when required.
