My client are a high performing PE backed Real Estate development company based in Central London. Due to a sickness cover, my client is looking to bring in an experienced Financial Controller (Fund controller) on an initial 3-4 month contract.

Description
- Prepare month-end fund reporting
- Review fund related budgets, reforecasts and cashflows
- Deliver high quality and timely management information reporting to internal customers and investors
- Manage relationships with the auditors and administrators in relation to fund financial reporting
- review fund models
- Ad-hoc investor queries
Profile
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry
- Prior experience working on the Funds side
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
