We have an exciting opportunity for talented, all–rounder Business Analysts that are good with data and are comfortable in the Defence industry.

As a Business Analyst (depending on experience you could join the business in our Senior Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant grades) you will provide support to a wide range of projects as part of a Techmodal team solving some of our clients' most challenging problems. You will work with senior staff and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that result in tangible benefits for our clients predominantly in the Defence & Security sector.
We are looking for strong all–rounders, who are keen to be involved in both technical delivery and also business development. Only candidates who have live Security Clearance (or 5+ years' UK residency in order to gain it) and relevant industry experience will be considered for the role and invited to interview.
The successful candidate will:
* Have 5 years'+ experience in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy business
* Have experience of the gathering , analysing and prioritising requirements
* Have experiencing of developing and refining user stories and customer requirements and enabling development activities
* Possess excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills
* Have a sound knowledge of Project Management principals (e.g. APM PMQ)
* Have a sound understanding of common business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, AgileBA, ITIL)
* Have demonstrable experience of technologies and tools which enable delivery at pace remotely and in person (e.g. Visio, Bizagi, Miro, Mural, Trello, JIRA etc.)
* Have knowledge and experience of Agile delivery (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
* Be familiar with BPMN and has demonstrable experience of common mapping techniques (value chain mapping, benefits mapping, business process mapping etc.)
* Have operated in large, complex environments
* Have an interest in data analytics
* Must hold (or be able to gain) current Security Clearance
