COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT/ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - BUY OR SELL SIDE COMPLIANCE

• Assisting or leading on Authorisations & Variation of Permissions
• In depth review of client's procedures & systems
• Helping prepare tender proposals and attending tender meetings with prospective new clients
• Client Relationship Management
• Ad hoc Projects

You should have a good technical knowledge of the FCA Regulations and in particular be able to carry out value adding in–depth reviews of a clients procedures & systems, not just tick boxes. They are particularly interested in meeting those from in house role roles now considering a move into Consulting, though would consider existing consultants too. There is no need to have ever carried out an authorisation or VoP as they have that experience, nor is the role about business development/sales although you do need an engaging personality both to help maintain existing client relationships as well as fit into the team. NB Standard week is Tuesday, Weds & Thursday in their City office and other days are WFH though this can be flexed when required (be it your short term domestic needs or when client office attendance required)
