A six-office Legal 500 firm with sites across the Home Counties, Midlands and East Anglia is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor for its Cambridge office.
You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 2-5 year's PQE and will have worked for a leading regional/national practice. Your experience should cover landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development work and portfolio management, and you will ideally have worked for clients in the retail, industrial and office sectors. An interest and experience in business development and marketing would be advantageous. The firm can offer a market rate package and full benefits along with a defined career path for senior and ambitious lawyers.
