The Role

1 to 5PQE Regulatory Lawyer to join international Top 50 firm in Bristol

Established as the largest and most prevalent teams in the UK, the specialist team advises insurers, public sector and corporate clients on matters concerning investigations and prosecutions.

Your work will involve the Police, Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Environmental Health and Trading Standards.

A varied role, your act in response to health and safety investigations, interviews under caution, prosecutions, environmental breaches, breaches of trading standards, food law and fire safety. Inquest experience is beneficial.

Offering advice and defence, you'll work independently whilst supporting on multi-office projects. Delegating the team and mentoring junior colleagues, you'll be exposed to increasing complex matters as your skillset matures, being met with ongoing progression opportunities.

Requirements
  • 1-5 PQE gained within a commercial regulatory environment
  • Willingness to engage with clients on often sensitive issues
  • Commercial driven
  • Willingness to progress within the team
