An exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate level Solicitor to join a Contentious Private Client team, where you can progress and develop your career. The team acts for a range of national household charities and an HNW nationwide private client base.

This leading Legal 100 law firm in the Southampton area is looking for an 8+ year PQE Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a busy private client team that is expanding, in this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.

You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients to include contested private, probate and Trust claims, IPFDA litigation, and Court of Protection work.

The role will combine office working/remote working from home.

Your role as a Contentious Wills & Probate Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:

• Clear career path from the outset
• Supervising, managing, and supporting the development of junior solicitors in the team
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
