A leading international business based in North Yorkshire has an urgent requirement for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join them ASAP; initially for a 6-month contract but could lead to a permanent opportunity.
Reporting to the divisional Managing Director, the role is to take financial ownership of one of the companies' key divisions and work closely with the Sector Directors, Directors of Operations, Sales and HR.
Key responsibilities include:
*Review of contract performance and "market" performance
*Monthly review of the BU financial performance, liaising with the Financial Controller
*Regular (monthly & weekly) review of key performance indicators (such as utilisation) with the key stakeholders
*Budgeting & forecasting of the Consultancy Business Unit, with scenario testing across the year
*Production of high-quality financial analysis for the management team, and for reviews and input into monthly UK reporting
*Engagement in the implementation of Project Unity ERP system across the business, and ownership of reporting requirements
*Completion and ownership of the financial bid models and supporting documentation
To be considered for this role you must have extensive financial and commercial management experience ideally gained from within a complex organisation.
You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with significant experience working at a senior business partner level and possess significant forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and project accounting experience.
