Recruitment Partner – Home based

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner on an initial 6–month contract for a well–known large organisation to be home based. You will be working as part of the internal recruitment team and will be the first point of contact regarding various roles in the head office.

This role will suit dynamic, forward thinking, motivated and creative Recruiters who are passionate about finding candidates to match to roles but are also able to work in a high paced organisation. We are looking for top recruitment talent!

Day rate: GBP300 – GBP400 per day Umbrella
Location: Home based

Duties of the Recruitment Partner:
* Primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions, and proactive pipelining for future needs.
* Manage end–to–end recruiting process, create, and implement recruiting strategies
* Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls, and policies
* Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
* Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
* Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
* Demonstrate expert level of understanding of recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
* Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process; share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates

Skills required for the Recruitment Partner:
* Significant demonstrable experience in full life cycle recruiting at a fast–paced corporate environment inhouse / RPO / agency
* Ability to multi–task and work with a clear mind in pressurised situations
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
* Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re–prioritize
