Learning Business Partner

I am working with a leading Asset Management firm who require a Learning Business Partner to join their growing Learning & Development team in the London office.

The Learning Business Partner will help lead a team of four as you create critical business change programmes and will be responsible for handling all areas of Learning & Development whilst working with the stakeholders in the wider business.

You will work alongside an extremely open–minded client group and supportive HR team within a business that positively enforces a good work life balance and will offer a continued balance of working from home and in the central London office.

In this role as Learning Business Partner, you will be integral to the delivery of learning solutions, including engaging workshops, blended and digital learning. You will be a SME on all elements of the businesses learning strategy, keeping abreast of all new trends to ensure that all content remains engaging and creative. Working with the senior HR team and leadership client groups, you will be the driving leadership training programmes as well as being a key player in the entry level/graduate attraction programmes.

To be a successful Learning Business Partner with this client you ideally will be able to evidence experience in the following areas;

• Identifying key learning needs and trends for a complex matrix organisation, offering innovative solutions and ideas
• Confidently working with stakeholders across multiple business areas, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, being able to influence and advise on all areas of L&D
• Working closely with external vendors for both eLearning and physical training programmes
• Managing multiple blended learning programmes from conception to delivery
