They are seeking a commercially focussed Programme Manager on a 6–12 month contract for their team in Liverpool. This role will involve being responsible for the set–up, management and delivery initially of projects in the DMA programme over a two year period.
Key Responsibilities
Manage resources: Set standards and act when these are not met; manage issues promptly; assess work practices and performance to identify areas for improvement; manage resources effectively against the plan and build on best practice of project delivery
Set Requirements for the long term project performance
Establish accountabilities and responsibilities required and monitor performance on the project
Use project management abilities to oversee the programme and finances
Key Skills
Possesses storng commercial acumen
Expeirenced as a Project Manage sucessfully delivering transformational projects
Have the ability to work within an R&D environement and deal with ambiguity
Ideally hold a project management qualification
