Senior Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens

Industry Sector: Contract Kitchens, Kitchens, Bathrooms, KBB, Tier 1 Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Regional Housebuilders, Private Developers and Builders

Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: GBP60,000 – GBP80,000neg (depending on exp) + uncapped commission

Benefits: GBP450 car allowance & full company benefits

The role of the Senior Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens will involve:

* Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens

* Majority of your time will be spent selling in tier 1 contractors and developers for example: Multiplex, Balfour Beatty, Henry Construction, Mclaren, London Square, Audley Retirement, Hillcrest Homes

* The remaining smaller portion will be spent generating specifications and influencing architects and interior designers

* Focusing on schemes around 50–100 plots upwards with an average budget of GBP8k–10k

* Inheriting circa GBP2m project bank

* Attending trade show where needed

* Working in conjunction with senior sales team and Director

* Working across the South with particular focus on London & the surrounding areas

The ideal applicant will be an Senior Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens with:

* Must have sold to main contractors and developers such as: Multiplex, Balfour Beatty, Henry Construction, Mclaren, London Square, Audley Retirement, Hillcrest Homes

* Ideally sold contract kitchens or luxury brands however open to related products such as: bathrooms, appliances, worktops, bedrooms etc

* Ideally have experience in specification sales through architects and interior designers (not essential)

* Ideally have contacts within both main contractors and developer

* Must be able to communicate at all levels

* Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident

* IT literate

* Organised, methodical, good journey planner

* Well presented
