This job is perfect for someone with recruitment experience looking for an internal role comfortable recruiting permanent technology professionals in a fast moving competitive talent market.

What you'll be doing:

You will take responsibility as the recruitment partner for a selection of departments in the business to deliver against a yearly hiring plan. You'll qualify new and existing permanent vacancies, build candidate pipeline from active and passive talent pools to appoint IT Security professionals in both technical and non-technical roles. You'll provide advice and guidance to the business and candidates to ensure a first class service on both sides.

• Partner with hiring managers during all stages of the recruitment and selection life cycle to attract and hire against department hiring plans
• Take pride in the candidate experience demonstrating Adarma values and to promote the Adarma EVP
• Be highly motivated and proactive in driving recruitment pipeline whilst ensuring a high quality of candidates and suitability against requirements
• Become a specialist in the IT Security market and in the specialist domains of Adarma, in order to build credibility and a network that enables you to provide a value added service
