Group Financial Planning Analyst, 6 month FTC £70-80k.
I'm working with a Intentional leisure business on a Financial Planning Analyst role, the role will support on modelling and parnerting non finance teams .

I'm working with a Intentional leisure business on a Financial Planning Analyst role, the role will support on modelling and parnerting non finance teams .
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the Group cash scenario planning model and work with Group FP&A on transitioning to incorporate this into FP&A regular reporting cycles
- Assist in preparation of regular Board and management documents in respect of cash scenarios
- Maintain the Group Rent and Property cash planning model
- Engage in regular dialogue with Group and Local property heads to keep planning model live and remain aware of key commercial / contractual risks and opportunities
- Ensure the outputs from property models are articulated as required to Board and Senior management stake holders
- Ensure the interface between the property models and Short Term cash flow processes and Group cash scenario planning models remain robust
- Ad-hoc analysis and output in relation to cash scenarios and property payments
Skills required:
- Strong excel financial modelling skills
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong commercial finance business partner
