Calling property managers!
I am looking for someone with private sector experience who is happy to spend their day transferring data onto a CRM system on behalf of a local authority in the Midlands. The point being to uncover anything that has been missed, such as a service charges, rent review etc.. someone to help fine tune the councils' assets.
The role is completely work from home (unless you prefer to go in) and is paying 300 per day!!
The contract will last 6 months, and they would like you start fairly quickly.
This role is perfect for someone who would prefer a less stressful role or wants a break from the usual day to day.
